But today we have not come to talk about our personal experiences. In our blog you will find infinity of information on colics and how to treat them. And today, we are going to write a brief summary with 6 tips to make to relieve your baby's colic:

1.The baby's colic usually appears when night falls. But the routine that we carry during the day is very important. We will try to maintain a routine quite strictly to help the baby to anticipate what is coming. It is very important to give security and, in addition, encourage good behavior.

2. We will try to have the baby take naps during the day. The more rested you get at night, the lower the episode of colic. For this, it is very important to follow the previous point. Establishing rutirna will allow the baby to enter a sleep dynamic.

3.Massages. we will perform an anti-colic massage on the baby DURING THE DAY. It is very important not to perform the massage at the time the baby is in full cry. Massage is a preventive tool so we will do it when the baby is calm and receptive. In general, the most usual thing would be to do it in the morning when you have an activity. 4. Carrying. Carrying is a very practical tool to offer the contact that the baby needs. A ported baby usually sleeps more during the day, and consequently, cry less.
5. When the time comes when the baby breaks into tears. Avoid visits or music or loud noises. Prepare the environment so that tranquility is breathed.
6. And the most important point. Try, under any concept, to remain calm. We know it's easier said than done. But it is very important to stay calm. If you see that you lose control it is better to leave the baby in the crib for a few minutes crying (knowing it is in a safe place) and leave the room to breathe and reassure yourself; to lose your temper by nerves. There are many hidden risks with colic that are very serious and we have to try to avoid them in any way.

7. When the baby breaks into tears, be very clear what you will do to reassure him. The fact that you know what you are going to do gives you security and tranquility, and this is transmitted.
